Jean L. Foard
Jean L. Foard: born in Lubbock, Texas, September 29, 1968 and was admitted to the bar in 2003 in the state of Oklahoma. Ms. Foard has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. Her preparatory education includes a B.A. degree from McMurray College in 1995 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003 where she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi. Ms. Foard is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association and served as the Woodward County Bar Association Secretary/Treasurer in 2003, Vice-President in 2004, and President elect for 2005.
Careylyn S. Talley
Careylyn Stuckey Talley: born in Arnett, Oklahoma, November 22, 1977 and was admitted to the bar in 2003 in the state of Oklahoma. Ms. Talley has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. Her preparatory education includes a B.S. degree in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2000 and a Juris Doctor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003.
